Ingredients:
- 1 packs all-purpose cream
- 1/2 cup condensed milk
- 1 can DEL MONTE Fiesta Langka Fruit Cocktail (432g)
Preparation:
1. In a bowl, mix the whipped cream and melon-flavored condensed milk. Fold in half of the drained DEL MONTE Fiesta Langka Fruit Cocktail. Freeze until ready to serve.
2. To serve, scoop the Melon and Langka Fiesta Ice cream into cups and top with remaining DEL MONTE Fiesta Langka Fruit Cocktail. Drizzle with additional melon-flavored condensed milk, if desired.
Chef`s Tip
Whip the cream after it has been chilled for at least an hour to make sure that it whips nicely. Cream incorporates more air when it is chilled.
